Why do women* often feel more unsafe in the city?
An interactive installation, which was developed using the city of Regensburg as an example, aims to educate users and raise awareness of the issue. Passers-by can answer questions on various topics, assess their own feeling of safety and find suggestions for contributing to a safer space in the city.
On the one hand, the effect of playful learning is intended to raise awareness of the topic in the long term, and on the other hand, attention and empowerment for women* is generated through eye-catching design.

An addition to the concept is the online presence, which is intended to support the station. As an extension, the website is primarily intended to provide more comprehensive information on the topic of insecurity in public spaces and include additional interactive elements.
A city map has also been created. This shows the city center of Regensburg and the position of the station at Haidplatz. This means that people can also be reached by analog methods.
